Specialized care for the moments that matter most.

I offer individual therapy for adults and young adults navigating some of the most demanding chapters of life. Whether you’re working through anxiety or depression, a significant life transition, relationship patterns, or something harder to name, I provide the space to explore freely and experience the support necessary for healing.

Individual therapy

This is one-on-one work, typically meeting weekly for 50 minutes and focused entirely on you. We start where you are at in the moment. We move at your pace. We conclude the work when you understand yourself well enough and have the tools to feel confident navigating challenges as they arise. Individual therapy with me tends to be a mix of reflective and active work. I’ll listen carefully but I'll also offer perspective, make connections, and gently challenge the stories you’ve been telling yourself if I believe they may no longer be serving you.

Anxiety & High-Functioning Spiral

For the person who is tired from managing everything and how much energy that takes. We work to understand the roots of anxiety, interrupt the patterns that fuel it, and build a more sustainable way of walking through the world.

Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health

The transition to parenthood is one of the most profound identity shifts a person can experience. For many, it surfaces grief, fear, and unexpected complexity alongside joy. I specialize in supporting clients before, during, and after this transition, with advanced training in perinatal mental health and a deep respect for how much this period of life asks of you.

Relationships & Emotionally Focused Therapy

Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, or patterns that seem impossible to break, EFT is one of the most evidence-supported approaches for creating lasting change in how we relate to one another. We work on understanding your attachment patterns, then build the emotional vocabulary to communicate from a more grounded place. EFT is effective for all significant relationships, romantic and otherwise.

Trauma & Complex Stress

Using trauma-informed and psychodynamic approaches, we work to process experiences that are still shaping how you move through the world without forcing you to go faster than you're ready to.

There's a particular kind of pressure that comes with being built for performance. I understand it first-hand. Whether you're still competing or learning to build an identity beyond your sport or field, this is the space for that.

What to expect.

We meet via tele-health video sessions on a consistent schedule for 50 minutes.

The first few sessions are exploratory, as I want to understand your history, your goals, and what kind of support fits you. From there, we build a direction together. There is no script and no fixed endpoint. Our work together is complete when you feel ready, not when a predetermined number of sessions runs out.

My fee is competitive for mid-market private practice in the New York/New Jersey area. I believe quality mental health care should be accessible and I price my services accordingly. I am currently paneled with Princeton University Student Health Insurance, which means Princeton students pay $10 per session, removing one of the most significant barriers to care for this population.

Please contact me directly to discuss rates, out-of-network options, and what might work for your situation. I'm happy to have that conversation transparently.

I draw from several evidence-based frameworks depending on your needs and goals including:

  • Psychodynamic therapy — to understand the deeper roots of patterns

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — for relationship and attachment work

  • Trauma-informed care — for processing difficult or overwhelming experiences

  • Perinatal and postpartum specialization — for any challenges along the journey, from fertility challenges, to perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders,  to the identity and relational shifts of parenthood.

  • Mindfulness and nervous system regulation — as a foundation for sustainable change

I never force a framework that doesn't fit. Each and every client brings a different story, and yours will dictate the right plan.

Not sure where to start? That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll talk about what you're looking for and what kind of support might make the most sense.
