Psychotherapy for Life’s Vulnerable Seasons.
When life feels overwhelming, you shouldn’t have to carry the weight alone. I provide the clinical expertise and steady partnership needed to better understand your experience and find the agency to move forward.
Meet Zan.
I am a licensed clinical therapist (LCSW) working with adults and young adults across New York and New Jersey. I specialize in relationships, perinatal and postpartum care, trauma, anxiety and depression, and the mental health of athletes. I combine advanced training and my own humanity to ensure clients have the tools and understanding to meet difficult moments with confidence.
Deeply relational, clinically grounded.
My approach is relational at its core while being deeply rooted in evidence-based practice, built around you as a unique individual, not a rigid protocol. I tailor our work to your specific needs, weaving together psychodynamic theory, emotion-focused therapy, trauma-sensative care, perinatal health, and mindfulness. Together we move beyond surface-level symptoms to understand the deeper complexities of your experience.
It starts with understanding.
Today, maybe more than ever, our environments can feel distracted, avoidant, and chaotic leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Zan Morley Psychotherapy provides a grounded and safe space that is just for you, to reconnect, develop, and heal.
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re navigating something challenging—anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationship patterns that aren’t serving you, overwhelming emotions that make it difficult to experience joy and connection. Whether you’re in a transitional moment, managing symptoms of trauma, or simply seeking greater clarity and connection in your life, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy is a place to slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what's been weighing on you. Together, we’ll work toward deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a life that feels more aligned.
